Wesley Chapel has no Christmas parade. It is unincorporated, so there is no city to stage one. The season’s two big community events are run by its town centers: Symphony in Lights at The Shops at Wiregrass, which opens on Saturday, Nov. 14, with Santa’s arrival, and Avalon Aglow at Avalon Park Wesley Chapel on Saturday, Dec. 12, which ends with fireworks. Saturday, Nov. 14, presented by AdventHealth Wesley Chapel. The center calls it its annual holiday spectacular: Santa arrives, and the day includes a drone show and a holiday market. Start times have not been published yet; the center says more information is coming. Event page

Avalon Aglow at Avalon Park Wesley Chapel

Saturday, Dec. 12, starting at 5 p.m., at 4424 Friendly Way in the heart of Avalon Park Wesley Chapel. The developer lists pictures with Santa, vendors, live music and a bounce park, followed by a fireworks show. Free and open to the public. At the community’s Fourth of July event, parking was free in Downtown Avalon Park, including the Trinity Church and Pinecrest Wesley Chapel lots; check the event page for Avalon Aglow parking.

The nearest Christmas parade: Zephyrhills, Dec. 5

Downtown Zephyrhills, about nine miles east along State Road 54, holds the closest Christmas parade and tree lighting. Main Street Zephyrhills’ 2026 downtown event schedule lists:

• Christmas tree lighting: 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 23.
• Festival of Lights: 4 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, with the parade at 7 p.m. This year’s theme is “Christmas Through the Decades.”

Both are in the Zephyrhills Downtown Historic District on Fifth Avenue. Groups that want to march or sell apply on the Festival of Lights page. The route, road closures and parking have not been published; the organizer says dates and times are subject to change.
