Avalon Park Wesley Chapel is a planned community about 3.5 miles east of Interstate 75 on State Road 54, built around a walkable downtown of storefronts, restaurants and apartments. For most of Wesley Chapel it matters for one reason: its festivals, held four times a year in the heart of the community at 4424 Friendly Way. Take I-75 to State Road 54 and head east about 3.5 miles. For festivals the developer has published parking and event maps on each event page; at its 2026 Fourth of July event, parking was free in downtown Avalon Park.
