The Wesley Chapel Fall Festival is the town’s biggest weekend of the fall. The 22nd festival is Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 24-25, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at The Grove at Wesley Chapel, with carnival rides open from Thursday, Oct. 22. Tickets are on the organizer’s Eventbrite page.

Who runs it
Florida Penguin Productions organizes the festival with the North Tampa Bay Chamber, and Pasco County’s tourism brand, Florida’s Sports Coast, is a sponsor. In its 2025 listing the chamber said the festival had raised more than $100,000 for local charities since 2020, and organizers expected more than 10,000 people. The Laker/Lutz News reported in 2025 that proceeds go to the North Tampa Bay Chamber and the Rotary Club of Wesley Chapel.
The festival grew out of the old Wesley Chapel Craft Show. By 2009 it drew about 30,000 people over two days at The Grove, the chamber’s director told The Laker/Lutz News in 2010.

What happens
The organizer lists:
- Fall Pageant, noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, run by Premier Events
- Live entertainment and community performances
- Food trucks
- A kids zone with bounce houses, face painting, pony rides and pumpkin photo stops
- Costume contests for kids and for pets on Sunday
- A Trick or Treat Stroll for free candy at 3 p.m. Sunday
- The North Tampa Bay Chamber Business Expo, with more than 60 local businesses handing out candy, giveaways and raffles all weekend

Entry is $5 for everyone over 3, bought online through Eventbrite. The organizer is running a 2-for-1 early sale while tickets last. Eventbrite says refunds are available up to seven days before the event.
The two organizers’ own pages do not agree on price. The North Tampa Bay Chamber’s event listing says “Free Event Entry” and names Pasco County Recycling as presenting sponsor, the same wording as its 2025 listing; Eventbrite names Orlando Health and charges $5. Getting there and parking
The festival fills the open-air Grove at Wesley Chapel shopping center at 6105 Wesley Grove Blvd. Eventbrite lists free parking. No road closures had been announced when we checked.
