What happens

The developer bills the festival as a celebration of “everything that makes Avalon Park Absolutely Amazing,” with international food, music, vendors, activities for kids and community performances. For 2026 it listed:

  • Pictures with the Easter Bunny (the 2026 festival fell the day before Easter)
  • A laser light show
  • Cultural performances
  • A kids bounce house area, which the developer called complimentary
  • Food trucks and vendors

When to expect 2027

The 2026 festival was on the Saturday before Easter. Easter 2027 is Sunday, March 28, but the developer has not said whether the festival will follow Easter again. Avalon Park Wesley Chapel is on State Road 54, about 3.5 miles east of I-75, the developer says. It posts a parking and event map on the festival page before each festival. No road closures were announced for the 2026 festival.

The festival page takes applications from vendors, performers, sponsors and volunteers. The developer does not accept food vendors that compete with its commercial tenants, so read its note before applying.
