• The Living Room calls itself Wesley Chapel’s home for fine dining, celebrations and private events, with a scratch kitchen, craft cocktails and live music. Wednesday is Wine and Whiskey Wednesday.
• RARE 1981 is Saddlebrook’s newest restaurant, with Gulf Coast flavors and regionally sourced meats and seafood. Saddlebrook gives diners free valet parking.

After dinner at Wiregrass

A daytime date outdoors

Lettuce Lake Conservation Park, 6920 E. Fletcher Ave., Tampa, about 10 miles south, has a 1.25-mile paved trail, picnic areas and a boardwalk into cypress swamp on the Hillsborough River, open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. in fall and winter.
