Wesley Chapel’s Mexican restaurants cluster at The Shops at Wiregrass, along Bruce B. Downs Boulevard south of State Road 56 and in the Village Market center on State Road 54. There is a taco stand at KRATE, the container park at The Grove, and five chains with eight locations.
How we made this list. Wesley Chapel is an unincorporated community in Pasco County with no city limits, so we counted places whose own address is in Wesley Chapel. We started from OpenStreetMap records with a Wesley Chapel address, the same data behind our local directory, and added places from the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants’ food license and inspection files. We checked each place’s own website on Oct. 11, 2026. Where a place has no website of its own, or its site blocked us, we kept it only if the state has a current license and a recent inspection on file, and we say so. Capital Tacos on State Road 56 lists itself as a Land O’ Lakes location, and a meal-prep shop OpenStreetMap tags as Mexican is not a restaurant, so neither is here. The list is alphabetical. The places
Azteca D’Oro is on Piazza Avenue at The Shops at Wiregrass. Its site blocked our check; the state inspected it on Oct. 1, 2026. Our brunch guide has its weekend brunch.
Bubbakoo’s Burritos on Wesley Chapel Boulevard is the burrito chain. Its store page would not load for us; the state inspected it in September 2026.
Chipotle has two restaurants: on State Road 54 near Interstate 75, and on Wesley Chapel Boulevard north of State Road 54. Both list the same opening time every day.
Moe’s Southwest Grill has a restaurant at The Shops at Wiregrass and another on Post Oak Boulevard, off State Road 54. Both list burritos, tacos and nachos.
Senor Tequila Mexican Grill on Bruce B. Downs Boulevard is part of a small Florida group with restaurants in Tampa, Westchase and Winter Springs. Its Wesley Chapel page lists the address and phone but not hours.
Taco Bell at 5406 County Road 581, which is Bruce B. Downs Boulevard, lists the latest hours here. The state also licenses a Taco Bell at 34140 State Road 54, inspected in July 2026, which the chain’s store list does not show under Wesley Chapel.
Tacos El Patron has a stall at KRATE at The Grove on Goldview Parkway. We found no website of its own; the state inspected it in September 2026.
Tijuana Flats on State Road 56 lists Tex-Mex burritos made “Tijuana style” with cheese, jalapenos, onions, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.
Vallarta’s Mexican Restaurant in the Village Market center on State Road 54 has a dining room. Its website returned an error when we checked; the state inspected it in July 2026.
