Wiregrass Ranch is the large planned community in the middle of Wesley Chapel, stretching from State Road 56 north toward State Road 54 on the east side of Bruce B. Downs Boulevard. Like the rest of Wesley Chapel it is unincorporated: Pasco County runs services here, from the Sheriff’s Office to trash rules.

Where it is

On the county’s map, Wiregrass Ranch runs from State Road 56 in the south, where it takes in The Shops at Wiregrass, north to the shopping centers on State Road 54, with Bruce B. Downs Boulevard along most of its west side and Meadow Pointe to the east. Its main internal roads, from the county’s street layer, are Wiregrass Ranch Boulevard, Mansfield Boulevard, Chancey Road and Wiregrass School Road.
